Eligibility to the Program

  • Co-founders should have significant knowledge on the problem.
  • Firsthand pain, prior industry roles, frequent customer conversations, domain networks, regulatory context, and data realities
  • Enabling problem framing, hypothesis setting, and practical, effective solution scoping.

  • Team: 2–4 founders, at least 1 technical + 1 customer-facing owner.

  • Product: MVP demoable

  • Pipeline: Draft target  customer list.

  • Time: Co-founders commit to weekly 4-6 hours to the program.

  • Geography: Nordics–Baltics, Central and Eastern Europe and Türkiye

  • Regulated products needing licenses (banks/medical devices) unless the GTM test is non-regulated (e.g., ops tooling).

  • 4–6 weeks to launch the MVP

  • Prototype: clickable or partial demo of the core job.

  • Scope: can reach demo-freeze (Minimum Referenceable Feature) in ≤4 weeks.

  • Users: access some target users for usability sessions.

  • Same time commitment as MVP track.
