Team: 2–4 founders, at least 1 technical + 1 customer-facing owner.
Product: MVP demoable
Pipeline: Draft target customer list.
Time: Co-founders commit to weekly 4-6 hours to the program.
Geography: Nordics–Baltics, Central and Eastern Europe and Türkiye
Regulated products needing licenses (banks/medical devices) unless the GTM test is non-regulated (e.g., ops tooling).
4–6 weeks to launch the MVP
Prototype: clickable or partial demo of the core job.
Scope: can reach demo-freeze (Minimum Referenceable Feature) in ≤4 weeks.
Users: access some target users for usability sessions.
Same time commitment as MVP track.
