B2B AI Program

The Program is a remote-first program based in Tallinn, Estonia. We help early-stage solopreneurs and teams build cost-effective B2B AI products—particularly focusing on AI agents, autonomous workflows, and fast market validation for SMEs.We assign a tailored support program for each startup between 3 months duration.

Key Program Elements

1.

Validating market vision and product

Identify critical SME/B2B challenges and assess solution feasibility. Match solopreneurs with potential co-founders or collaborators.

2.

AI Tools-Supported Prototyping

Build early prototypes using agentic AI frameworks, no-code/low-code platforms, or advanced LLM APIs. Ongoing feedback loops with industry mentors.

3.

Executing successful fundraising

Run pilot tests with real SMEs for direct input on usability, pricing, and adoption. Prepare for investor demos and pilot showcases.

Why This Program?

  • AI-Driven Product Leadership: Technical co-founders can now act as product leaders, thanks to rapid AI prototyping tools. We guide founders to transform these quick builds into validated, user-centric solutions.
  • Fast Validation & Iteration: Our approach emphasizes early user interviews, data-driven experiments, and immediate feedback from SMEs.
  • Global Mentor Network: Benefit from our connections across Europe and Türkiye, including EstBAN, FiBAN, and Lithuania Business Angels. Leverage domain-specific expertise and open the door to international markets.
  • B2B Focus and Expertise: We prioritize solutions priced at 0–100 USD per seat, ensuring a strong product-market fit for the SME segment.
  • Industry & Investor Connections: Industry and investor network leverage accross Europe, Baltics and Middle East.

Who Should Apply?

  • Formidable Founders & Teams
We expect founders’ resilience, ambition, and aptitude. We look for teams who can execute quickly, navigate uncertainty, and pivot effectively when needed. We welcome solofounders.
  • Clear Problem & Solution Fit
Applicants should demonstrate a strong understanding of the customer problem and how their product or service uniquely addresses it. Clarity in how you plan to reach and serve your initial customers is crucial.
  • AI Differentiation & Data Strategy
We look for how founders stand out from competitors using similar off-the-shelf models or open-source libraries (a unique data source, proprietary algorithm, or specialized domain expertise can give this edge)
  • Large or Rapidly Growing Market
We want to see that your startup addresses a substantial market need. Whether it’s a niche with the potential to expand or a broad, established market, they look for evidence that the opportunity can sustain significant growth.
