Expectation of EU Entity: Preferably, startups should already be incorporated in the EU (or willing to do so).
Estonian e-Residency: If founders do not have an EU-registered company, provide guidance on obtaining Estonian e-Residency to streamline incorporation and compliance.
Equity: Startup Intellect takes a 4% equity stake in each participating startup and retains the right to invest in subsequent funding rounds alongside other investors.
