  • The program is conducted in English.

  • No cash, no fees, no upfront equity. Successful graduate startups grant 3% equity only if they raise within 36 months.

Part I – Focus & Foundations (Weeks 1–4)

Goal: Decide who you really serve and which problem you own.

  • Kickoff: program overview, expectations, and PMF orientation.

  • ICP, JTBD & Pain Definition – define a sharp ICP, key Jobs-To-Be-Done, and one “hero pain” to focus on.

  • ICP–Pain–Offering Fit – translate this into clear value propositions, an initial offering, and pricing hypotheses.

  • Usability Validation – preparation – plan remote MVP tests on 3–5 critical tasks with ICP-like testers.


Part II – Product Experience & Launch System (Weeks 5–8)

Goal: Make the product usable and design a focused GTM launch.

  • Usability Validation – execution – run remote sessions, identify P0/P1 UX issues, and create a fix plan.

  • Launch Approach, Success Criteria & KPIs – design a simple launch funnel, choose a small set of GTM channels, set a first-customers target, and define a handful of funnel-based KPIs.

  • AI-Powered GTM Session: group session on using AI tools for research, outreach, content, and call summaries, linked to each startup’s launch plan.

  • Begin executing the launch plan and applying AI workflows.


Part III – Conversations, Signals & Traction Evidence (Weeks 9–12)

Goal: Systematise conversations and make progress visible.

  • Discovery & Qualification Scripts + Objection Library – create 1–2 discovery scripts, qualification questions, and an objection library.

  • Outreach Cadence, Tracking & WTP Signals – set a simple outreach cadence and a lightweight funnel tracker with key intent and willingness-to-pay signals.

  • Run conversations and outreach, logging data consistently.

  • Traction Evidence Review – each startup builds a concise traction pack with funnel stats, key learnings, and a clear plan for what to double down on next.

  • Test with real users and improve fast. In month two, we guide short, structured usability sessions with your target users. You collect concrete feedback, fix the biggest issues, and refine your message so people understand the value quickly.

  • Turn interest into early commitments. We help you shape simple offers, trial terms, and a short order or intent letter. You practice discovery calls and objection handling, so you can turn conversations into clear next steps.

  • Get investor-ready. In month three, we package your progress into a one-page story, a simple metrics snapshot, and a brief Q&A for investors. You finish with proof that your product solves a real problem and a clear plan for the next stage.
