Traction Evidence Lab Program Timeline

Foundations (4 weeks)

We kickoff with our methodology and templates to lock startups’ ICP, “first workflow,” and 3-minute demo. Build the Go-to-Proof kit: discovery scripts, objection/FAQ library and WTP pack. Guided sessions + ad-hoc mentors.

Gate 1: Startups continue if all artifacts are complete and user sessions are booked.

Validation Sprint (4 weeks)

Run guided usability tests with target users and WTP conversations; iterate product messaging and demo. Capture evidence (notes, commitments). Ongoing clinics for usability, messaging, and pricing.

Gate 2: Startups continue if targets are met and at least one commitment email.

Signals & Story (4 weeks)

Consolidate traction into a Seed Signal Pack: one-pager, KPI snapshot, investor FAQ, and a clean basic dataroom. Warm introduction to angel networks and VCs. Graduate with clear next steps on the support of the fundraising.
