Fahir has over 20 years of experience in finance and management.
As an investment banker, he worked for 13 years at Deutsche Bank in New York and at Rothschild and BNP Paribas in London, financing and advising in complex and large restructurings and M&A transactions.
Following his career in banking, he began working at Hatko Group, which invests in various sectors such as aquaculture, tourism, distribution, and manufacturing. In addition to being a board member and shareholder at Hatko Group, Fahir acted as the CEO of the group’s manufacturing investments for 7 years and was able to completely restructure the company and scale up its revenues by 2.5x.
Fahir has been investing, working with, and advising startups for the last 8 years as an investor, advisory board member, and senior-level executive. He specializes in leadership, strategy, finance, systems and operations, team building and performance management, and supply chain systems.
Fahir graduated from Georgetown University with Summa Cuma Laude and has completed his executive MBA at Harvard University.
